Clarín: distorted, misrepresented that something will ... Yesterday
Clarín published an article under which the owner of SOMU, Omar Suarez, had said the President of the Nation to 'ordered' to boycott ships Paraguayans. The unionist went on to say that he said exactly the opposite.
Omar Suarez and misrepresentations of Clarín.
In yesterday's edition, Clarín published an article under which the owner of the Maritime Workers Union of America (SOMU), Omar Suarez, had said "that a boycott against their trade carried on vessels operating in Paraguayan origin Argentina is made for 'order' of President Cristina Kirchner. " According to the newspaper, Smith had said he "was the President of the Nation who has expressly requested a boycott by five days in a gesture of solidarity with the unions Paraguayans who sail the sea lanes."
The lie was short lived. Immediately, the secretary general of the Union itself came out against Magnetto published by Noble, saying "Clarín misrepresented my words," to deny that President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner has indicated to boycott ships Paraguayans. "I never said that, Clarín misrepresented my words," said Smith, adding that "what I said is that the president asked us to lift the blockade. " This means that the paper published in its Sunday edition, the exact opposite of the unionist said.
As you can see, it is no longer provide a partial or biased view of the facts to its readers, but simply to distort, or lie, which is more or less the same, in order to reinforce their attack on entire line to Kirchner in particular and the government of the nation in general. And this is not an isolated case, we speak of a quasi-criminal modus operandi. While your editorial
whine bitterly about the "attacks on the independent press," the reality is that this press allegedly 'independent' has continued to systematically violate it law (if not what happens to the Media Law) and, last but not least, all parameters of journalism.
And lying, as a system, we know who used it and use it.
